Terms of service

By purchasing a ticket for, attending or participating in an event hosted by Ramble Events, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the individual purchaser or attendee (“Attendee,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Acceptance

1.1 A ticket purchase constitutes a revocable license to attend the event specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion.
1.2 All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and processing fees. Attendee is
responsible for all such charges.
1.3 Payment processing is handled by Shopify, a third-party provider. By purchasing a ticket, Attendee agrees to comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service.

2. Ticket Refunds, Transfers, and Rescheduling

2.1 All ticket sales are final except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law.
2.2 If we cancel an event and do not reschedule, Attendee’s sole remedy shall be a refund of the full ticket price paid.
2.3 If we reschedule an event, Attendee’s ticket shall be valid for the rescheduled date. If Attendee cannot attend, we may, in our discretion, permit a credit or one-time transfer to another event, subject to availability and provided that Attendee requests such transfer at least 72 hours prior to the date of the rescheduled event and subject to availability.
2.4 No refunds or credits shall be issued for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.

3. Event Modifications and Force Majeure

We may modify event details (including date, time, venue, instructor, or materials) or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, venue issues, government actions, or other force majeure events. Our liability in such cases is limited to the remedies set forth in Section 2.

4. Attendee Conduct

Attendee shall comply with all venue rules, Ramble Events, LLC instructions, and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any Attendee from the event without refund for disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior (as determined by us in our sole discretion), including intoxication or harassment.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Events may involve the use of various tools, materials, and substances that carry inherent risks and may cause irritation, reactions, fumes, spills, or minor injuries. Depending on the type of event, materials may include (but are not limited to):

  • Nail events: Acetone, gel nail polish, nail glue, gem glue, UV nail lamps,
    tweezers, nail files, and non-latex gloves;
  • Jewelry events: Pliers, wire cutters, crimping pliers, tweezers, scissors, B7000 glue, craft blue, beads, wire, and non-latex gloves; and
  •  Paint events: Acrylic paint and watercolor paint.

5.2 Attendee assumes responsibility for determining whether their participation is appropriate given any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. We do not guarantee that the products used at our events are hypoallergenic or suitable for all individuals.

Attendee shall notify us 7 days in advance of any requested accommodations for the
event. While we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate, accommodation is not
guaranteed.

6. Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages may be available via a drink ticket included with your ticket purchase, and also for purchase from the venue. You must be 21 or older and present valid government-issued ID to purchase or consume alcohol at any event. For clarity, there will be no refund or ticket price adjustment if you are underage or otherwise do not consume an alcoholic beverage.

Some events may allow attendees to bring their own alcohol beverages (“BYOB”). If BYOB is permitted for a particular event, the following rules will apply:

  • Only attendees 21 or older may bring, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. You must present valid government-issued ID upon request.
  • All alcoholic beverages brought to the event must comply with all venue rules and applicable state and local laws, including container, quantity, and transport restrictions.
  • Attendees are solely responsible for their own alcohol and for monitoring their personal consumption.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any beverages brought onto the premises and to prohibit any items we deem in our sole discretion as inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant.
  • Open containers may not be taken outside the designated event area or venue unless otherwise permitted by law.

Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove any attendee for unsafe or disruptive behavior, without refund or credit.

7. Personal Property

We shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to Attendee’s personal property, including clothing or items stained by products.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release

Attendee acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with the event, including but not limited to use of nail products, equipment, spills, stained clothing, allergic reactions, alcohol consumption, and the actions and/or omissions of other event attendees or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee hereby releases, waives, holds harmless, and discharges us, our owners, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to Attendee for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Attendee for the applicable ticket. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.

10. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Transfers are permitted only as set forth in Section 2.

11. Privacy

We collect limited personal information provided at checkout (e.g., name, email) solely to process orders and communicate regarding events. Attendee may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at info@rambleevents.com.

12. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and Attendee consents to such jurisdiction.
