What is the age requirement to attend a workshop?
Our workshops are 18+. Guests under 18 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot and get settled before we begin.

Can I share a ticket or nail set with someone else?
No. Tickets are sold per person, not per nail set. Every attendee must have their own ticket, as seating is limited. Allowing someone without a ticket to take a seat would prevent a paid guest from having one. Thank you for understanding!

How should I prepare for the workshop?
Please arrive with bare nails. This ensures you can size your press-ons accurately and achieve the perfect fit.

What’s included with my ticket?

• A full set of your custom-painted press-on nails
• A nail kit (glue, file, and protective case)
• One drink of your choice from the venue’s menu
• Two hours of nail art guidance using tools provided during the workshop (tools are for in-class use only and are not taken home)

Is there a waitlist if the workshop sells out?
No, tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds unless a class is canceled or rescheduled by Ramble Events (for example, if minimum attendance is not met). In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future class.

If you are unable to attend, you must email us before 10 AM on the day of your class to reschedule for an upcoming workshop at any of our locations. Please contact Ramble Events directly, not the host venue.
