What is the refund or cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds unless a class is canceled or rescheduled by Ramble Events (for example, if minimum attendance is not met). In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future class.
If you are unable to attend, you must email us before 10 AM on the day of your class to reschedule for an upcoming workshop at any of our locations. Please contact Ramble Events directly, not the host venue.
What is the age requirement to attend a workshop?
Our workshops are 18+. Guests under 18 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot and get settled before we begin.
Is there a waitlist if the workshop sells out?
No, tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
How should I prepare for the press-on nail workshop?
If possible, please arrive with bare nails (no polish or enhancements). This ensures you can size your press-ons accurately and achieve the perfect fit.
